WINEMAKING AND AGEING
The harvest date is determined by tasting the berries to ensure perfect ripeness. Traditional vinification with temperature-controlled maceration for 15 days, followed by systematic malolactic fermentation, and ageing in stainless steel vats.
TASTING NOTES

CLEF DE L’ENCLAVE CÔTES DU RHÔNE ROSÉ
VINEYARDS AND GRAPE VARIETIES
A blend of Grenache and Syrah from selected parcels of limestone clay with sandy subsoils.
WINEMAKING AND AGEING
The grapes are picked at first light to preserve all their aromatic potential and freshness. They are then delicately directly pressed to optimise the pale rosé hue and the palette of aromas. Fermentation at controlled temperatures reveals all their rich complexity.
TASTING NOTES
A clear, luminous rose-petal pink wine that gleams in the glass. The nose is intense with white flowers and citrus fruit. Superbly fresh in the mouth, with bright, mouthwatering white fruit aromas.
CLEF DE L’ENCLAVE CÔTES DU RHÔNE WHITE
VINEYARDS AND GRAPE VARIETIES
Made from White Grenache, Viognier and Roussanne, our iconic white grapes from the southern Rhone Valley. Soils of limestone clay, on slopes with surface round pebbles.
WINEMAKING AND AGEING
These white grapes are picked at dawn to preserve all their potential, than gently pressed to avoid oxidation and conserve the freshness and complexity of their aromas. Fermentation takes place with selected yeasts under meticulous temperature control. Some of the fine lees are retained for additional smoothness and finesse.
TASTING NOTES
A magnificent golden wine with notes of white peach and apricot on the nose. Juicy yellow fruit and white flowers offer great freshness in the mouth, with a long, smooth finish on notes of exotic fruit and vanilla.
